I have completed SEAK training for expert witnesses. On either a consulting or formal witness basis, I can provide support for a wide range of cases: those involving insurance claims, construction defects and their causes, poor planning and project management, and construction testing, to name a few. I can review contracts, scheduling, cost estimates, standards of care, and other aspects of the construction transaction to ensure that there are no irregularities. In addition, I can provide reports and testimony reflecting the services listed above. Work on all sized claims is welcomed.
